The arts village pads are down & we have gone vertical. All of the brick was placed and now were just waiting for plumbing to be installed. The entrance road has been cleared out. FINALLY :) It will be beautiful when it is all done. We're using recycled material for making the roads. It's not as soft as dirt, but not as hard as concrete.
Here I am with Miss Carrie and Miss Holly at the large activity center in what will be the Arts Village! We have WALLS!!!Pond 4 is complete & is being filled up with water. Did you know that the bottom of the ponds have to be sodded (adding grass) ? I didn't, I thought the grass grew as the pond aged. Silly me (: (:
The Arrival Center; (which is where everyone is dropped off to unload their cars) , will start construction as soon as the area dries out. From the looks of it, I would say the area is no bigger than a shed.

A SWALE is a small ditch between objects. All of the guys in the OAC meeting are always mentioning it. So I just wanted to let everyone on the terminology (:
